The full balance of your booking is due at the time of booking via our Gemapark payment gateway. No refunds can be given if bookings are cancelled within seven days of the arrival date. If you are due unable to visit due to current government restrictions in the first instance we will look to move your booking alternatively we will provide a refund. Any refunds will be made using the same method as the customer paid.

The office is open 9am – 5pm Sunday to Thursday, and 9am – 6pm Friday and Saturday. Closing time is extended to 6pm each night from July 1st to 30th September. Last entry to the site is no later than 6pm.
